With the deadline for Fantasy Premier League GW10 approaching we discuss the top captaincy choices for this gameweek.

The Top Picks
Mohamed Salah v Nottingham Forest (H)

Mo Salah is the leading points scorer in this years Fantasy Premier League and is only second to Ollie Watkins in the form table.
Nottingham Forest have just one win on the road so far, a 1-0 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and Liverpool don’t drop many points at Anfield. All signs point to a comfortable win for the hosts in this fixture, and that usually means their talisman and captain will be involved in the goals.
Darwin Núñez is a great alternative option, but Salah could also pick up potential clean sheet points and is the usual penalty taker.
Bukayo Saka v Sheffield United (H)

Arsenal’s clash with Sheffield United looks like an easy win on paper. Sheffield United sit bottom of the table after picking up just 1 point from their opening 9 games, and their 8-0 demolition against Newcastle shows they do have the potential to capitulate.
Any of Arsenal’s attackers would be a good pick as captain this week, but Bukayo Saka is the most nailed-on starter, a regular penalty taker, the clubs top point scorer and usually finds a way to get involved with goals and assists regardless of his performance level. He has the added bonus of being listed as a midfielder in FPL, which means that, like Salah, he has the potential to pick up clean sheet points too.
Ollie Watkins v Luton Town (H)

The most in-form player on the game lines up against a Luton side with just 1 Premier League win so far this campaign. Unai Emery’s men are in fine form and should have no problem blowing away their visitors. Watkins has been on fire in front of goal lately, and you’d be brave to bet against him finding the net at least once this weekend.
Differential Picks
Konstantinos Tsimikas v Nottingham Forest (H)

The Greek full-back is set to deputise for Andy Robertson in the coming weeks and racked up 4 assists in 9 starts last season. He is a regular corner taker, and with a favourable fixture for Liverpool this week he should be likely to keep a clean sheet. If he can add on an assist or two to that, he could accumulate a tidy points tally this week.
Heung-Min Son v Crystal Palace (A)

Okay, it’s a bit of a reach to call Son a differential. The Spurs man is in great form this season and is owned by 36.6% of players. However, with other top players having relatively easy-looking home fixtures, we think Son could miss out on the armband for most FPL teams.
Selhurst Park isn’t the fortress it has been so far this season, with just 1 home win for Crystal Palace in this campaign. Ange Postecoglou’s men are in fantastic form and sit at the top of the Premier League table, and Son could be the key to earning another 3 points on Friday night.
